Local Insight: Mornington Peninsula

With its relaxed ‘coast meets country’, foodie-inspired, leisure-loving lifestyle within easy reach of the CBD, the Mornington Peninsula is hard to beat.

Celebrated for its world-class attractions, including award-winning wineries, geothermal springs, waterfront restaurants, and links golf courses, the Peninsula is well-known as ‘Melbourne’s Playground’.

Abundant in natural beauty, the Peninsula is flanked by breathtaking bay and ocean beaches, with a verdant interior of lush hinterland and a spine of elevated peaks running its length, which means you don’t have to live right by the coast to have incredible water views.

From sophisticated apartments and townhouses to clifftop mansions, country estates, and luxurious contemporary coastal homes, there is a huge diversity of property choices on the Mornington Peninsula.

Catering for sea-changers, tree-changers, upsizing families, downsizing retirees, and those in search of the perfect holiday sanctuary, RT Edgar has the Mornington Peninsula covered with offices in Mount Eliza, Rye, and Portsea-Sorrento.
