Inspired by her mother’s success in real estate and keen to follow her footsteps in the family business, Ella realised that the best foundation for a career in property was to start at the front line.
Whilst studying Business at university, Ella works alongside the Peninsula team as admin and receptionist, performing the vital role of creating a warm, welcoming and reassuring first impression of the RT Edgar brand. This has enabled her to gain a strong understanding of the diverse aspects of the profession and the responsibilities that agents carry when entrusted with the sale of a vendor’s most valuable and treasured asset. Through her time working in the Mount Eliza office, she has gained important industry skills, including communication, customer service and administration.
Outside of work, Ella spends her spare time skiing, travelling, and camping with friends and family.
