Emma has a passion for all things people and has over 20 year’s experience in the field of human resources. She began her human resources career in 2002 after completing a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) and has since worked across a broad range of industries and sectors including the property industry for the past 5 years. Emma brings extensive experience to the role and is responsible for the full employee lifecycle for the Bayside team which includes recruitment and selection, induction and onboarding, policies and procedures, performance, remuneration and reward.
Emma’s approach is practical as well as flexible and designed to meet the needs of the team. Emma’s focus is to help people be the best versions of themselves and her approach is always constructive, inclusive and encouraging. She is also an accredited Life Styles Inventory (LSI) coach.
Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with her family and 3 children, travelling abroad and has completed several marathons and ultramarathons.
