With a long-held interest in prestige real estate, it was no surprise that, in 2011, James sought work in the industry with RT Edgar, and simultaneously embarked on a degree in Property & Real Estate at Deakin University.
Since joining the RT Edgar team, James has conscientiously worked his way up through the positions of sales assistant and leasing manager to his current role as executive sales consultant.
This career journey has allowed him to gain valuable experience in both sales and rentals, while honing his skills for building strong client relations and delivering exceptional outcomes.
By simultaneously working and studying in the industry, James was able to achieve a deeper, hands-on appreciation for real estate sales and property value across a range of markets, and he is now augmenting this background with a Master of Business Administration.
Drawing on his strengths in negotiation, communication and problem-solving, he holds a particular interest in new developments and the unique appeal and demands of this fast-paced element of the property sector.
In addition to his passion for real estate, James is an avid Brisbane Lions supporter, heading to Melbourne matches whenever he can. And when it’s time to disconnect from city life, he’ll often head to his family’s beach house on the Mornington Peninsula, to spend time playing golf and just relaxing in the beautiful coastal setting.
