Julie Holden

With responsibility for processing and managing property management and sales trust accounts, including all incoming and outgoing client funds, Julie undoubtedly has one of the most important roles in RT Edgar’s Toorak team.

Julie has been working in real estate for almost twenty years, primarily in administrative and accounting roles, so she has vast experience when it comes to ensuring that our client’s funds are always managed accurately, responsibly, and of course ethically.

Julie is highly organised, her attention to detail is astonishing and she has unparalleled understanding of the statutory and regulatory processes and standards that are in place to safeguard our clients’ funds.

Outside of work Julie enjoys spending time with her grown up kids and her partner. She loves travelling, reading, and exercising and she is a Bomber’s supporter.
