Kelly Nicholas

When asked to describe the most important and challenging part of her job, Kelly says, “to always be brilliant,” and her achievements in the industry to date clearly prove that she is a brilliant property manager and sales agent.

Before joining RT Edgar Boroondara, Kelly ran a boutique real estate agency in partnership with her husband for years. Empathetic and efficient, Kelly takes her responsibility to be accountable, transparent, and honest very much to heart. She thoroughly enjoys meeting interesting people and can be relied upon to always provide her clients with a level of service that consistently exceeds their expectations and delivers the results that they need.

In her downtime, Kelly enjoys playing the piano, listening to hard rock, running, shopping, and travelling.
