Nick Ford

As a young lad, Nick remembers riding his bike around the neighborhood, collecting sales brochures from local real estate agents because he was fascinated to know about what properties were on the market and what was being sold. And he still is! Before joining RT Edgar, Nick worked in sales across a number of industries. In particular, he enjoyed great success working in residential construction sales for many years. He has also bought and sold a number of properties around the Bellarine Peninsula. This combined experience ensures that Nick has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the entire process of property development, planning and construction. Importantly, he knows what features and elements will (and won’t) sell a property.

Open, honest and down to earth, Nick’s work philosophy is simple; treat people the way you want to be treated. He absolutely loves his job, especially for the opportunity it provides for him to be out and about in the local community, meeting and building relationships with people and of course, getting the best results he can for them. Nick lives in Ocean Grove with his family. He rates the Bellarine Peninsula as one of the best places in the world to raise a family and he loves everything about the area, from the beach to the bay and everything in between. With four young kids, weekends for Nick are always busy but with so many fantastic outdoor activities to choose from, time off is never dull.
