Tim Brown

Tim originally pursued a real estate career because it enabled him to work for himself and be successful in what he did. Now, three decades later, his drive to succeed remains strong, and he remains committed to achieving strong sales results for each and every one of his clients across diverse property types and price points.

Over the course of his career, Tim has achieved success as property manager, in sales, and as sales manager. Prior to joining RT Edgar, he was Director and Partner for over fifteen years. His marketing, auctioneering, and negotiation skills have resulted in him achieving record-breaking sales results in the prestige property market.

Although now a bayside local, Tim lived in Toorak for many years, so he knows the local area and property market well. Away from work, he loves the water and beach, with boating and surfing favourite family pastimes that keep him connected to the coastal lifestyle that attracts many clients to the area.
