Very functional kitchen with all modern appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Loads of pots, pans and cooking facilities to cook up a storm for family and friends. The bathroom with bath, shower and toilet is located downstairs along with the laundry.

Upstairs consists of a large lounge/family room with soaring cathedral ceilings and double French doors opening out to the balcony with views of the ocean. Large flatscreen TV and split system air conditioning/heating. Bedroom 3 is also located upstairs with a Tribunk. You will also find an extra study nook area with doors opening out to a balcony with table and chairs, this overlooks the back garden.

Outdoors is a large back yard with undercover area including table, chairs and BBQ, perfect for entertaining on balmy summer evenings after a day at the beach.
